Ordering/Shipping Guidelines
Order Processing:
Includes time to process and pack your order. Processing begins immediately after orders are verified (within 12 - 24 hours). Orders are packaged and labeled for shipping and sent the next business day after verification. Processing occurs 7 days a week for fast delivery time. All orders received after 3pm EST shall be processed the following business day. Packages leave our premesis within 24 - 72 hours after processing. Customers may check the status of their order by logging into their account or by calling Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-497-7307
Shipping:
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Customers will receive tracking information via email. We ship to the United States only. Shipping days are M-F before 3pm, Sat. before 12pm.

$0-$25 SH $6.50
$25.01-$50 SH $9.50
$55.01-$100 SH $12.50
Orders over $100 Ships free!
Alternate Shipping Addresses:
We understand that some purchases may be intended as gifts, therefore customers may request to ship to an alternate address. Please keep in mind that tracking numbers and order status notifications are sent to the purchaser's email address. We also ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Return Policy:
In order to initiate a return, we will require (in writing) your intent to return products (see terms below) sent via email to:
support@bodyofnature.com or obtain authorization to return products by calling 1-800-497-7307. Refunds will not be given for items returned without an authorization number. Once our company is in receipt of returned goods, a refund shall be given for the amount of the purchase price, less shipping fees and a 15% handling fee.
1) Product(s) must be unused and unopened.
2) Returns must be postmarked within 10 days from date of receipt.
4) Only store credit is given for the return of bath and body products. NO exceptions.
5) A 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund of returned goods.
6) Shipping/Handling charges are not refunded, and return shipping is not reimbursed.
7) Products must be packed safely for return. Broken items received will not be refunded if packing is inadequate.
