These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any order, whether or not such terms or conditions are by BodyOfNature.com / EzMarketing Enterprises (hereinafter "we", "us" or "our", "company"). We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.

Receiving and Acceptance:

All claims of damage, shortage or errors in shipping must be reported within 10 days following delivery.  If 10 days have expired and no such claims are made,  the customer is deemed to have accepted the product(s) in satisfactory condition.  After such acceptance, the customer shall have no right to reject the products for any reason or to revoke acceptance.  With every purchase, the customer hereby agrees that a 10-day period is a reasonable amount of time for such inspection and revocation.

Payment by Credit Card:

You certify that you are the cardholder and legal user of the credit card and the information you have submitted. Body Of Nature investigates all cases of potential credit card fraud and your information will be provided to the credit card issuer.  Your credit card is billed upon receipt of your order.  Charges will appear on credit card statements as "EZ Marketing Enterprises".  All charges United States dollars ("USD").

Our products are safe and consumer-ready for use.  We shall not be responsible for any losses or damages sustained by you or any other person as a result of improper use or misapplication of the products.

Our products are manufactured in the United States of America unless otherwise indicated on the product.  Our products are shipped solely to the U.S.
